Urban Strength offers standard and express delivery options on a flat rate Australia wide. Delivery costs are calculated in the shopping cart then added to the order total before checkout.
The turnaround for standard delivery depends on your location. Delivery times are stated in business days and do not include the day of dispatch or weekends. Below is just a sample of the delivery time for a Standard Courier.

Full national coverage with next business day delivery within the greater metropolitan areas of all capital cities and major regional centres of Australia. If you live in a more remote area, please be mindful it may take us a little longer to get to you (usually 2-6 days). For larger orders (5 kg+) that need to travel on road freight, your order may also take a little longer depending on location.
Full online tracking of your order is available on the express courier service; follow the link from your order confirmation email. Receiver signature upon arrival of your delivery.

Please Note: All deliveries to an Australian PO Box are sent via Express Post. This is a next day delivery within the express post network. Only available for orders up to 3kgs. Normal express delivery costs apply.
Local pick ups are not possible. All items are delivered from our Adelaide warehouse at the lowest possible delivery price.
Standard carrier is Airmail by Australian Post. Our International express courier partner is DHL. Transit times vary depending on location. Allow approximately 5-14 days from date of order placement. Only express orders come with a tracking number to check the status of your order.
Customers outside Australia may be liable for import duty, a fee from customs, or meeting another local requirement. These charges need to be paid by the recipient of the order and are not paid by Urban Strength. The policies of customs differ between countries. We suggest you check the requirements in your country.
