Skylar Stegner is no stranger to the world of competitive gymnastics. By the age of 5, while most kids are still figuring out how to coordinate their limbs in a forward motion, she was already competing in gymnastics.
Originally from Long Island, New York, Skylar competed as a USA Gymnastics Level 9 Regional Gymnast in 2008 to 2009. She has since gone on to achieve a Bio/Psych Major and is a Blink Fitness PT.
Skylar's signature flips, with some dynamic calisthenics holds thrown in for good measure, can't help but inspire you. Her energy and positive outlook on life is infectious. As she talks about on her YouTube channel, Skylar attributes her love for fitness as being a significant factor in helping her overcome anxiety and depression.
